Leadership program

Act with Humility

The seventh habit, lived rather than recited

Humility is the leadership trait most reliably named at retirement and least reliably built before it. This program develops the operational practice of humility, listening before deciding, naming what you do not know, sharing credit without performance, as a daily discipline rather than a virtue claim.
